Had a left over ham bone from church Christmas party... Soaked some great Northerns over night strained and put them in the crock pot with the bone, mirepoix, some more ham. some great seasoning, and some cacique chicken bouillon. Had them with a couple pieces of crispy crust cast iron skillet corn bread!
