Looking to purchase high temp cheese for sausage making and instead of Amazon etc. are there any local stores that sell cubed high temp cheese ? HEB / Kroger in DFW claim not to carry it.

Walton's is headquartered in Witchita, maybe call them and see if they sell to stores near you.

Might check with a butcher that makes sausage, they may use it and sell you some.
Maybe call Cinnamon Creek ?

Check the markets in Munster they process deer and make summer sausage

Walton's is headquartered in Witchita, maybe call them and see if they sell to stores near you. Waltons doesn't do sells like that, every time I have ordered from them it's shipped the same day then is here within 1 to 2 days. I have ordered from cheese from them in the past without issue.

I always buy it from local meat market, it was 1/2 the price Amazon wanted last time I bought.
