Pre heat oven at 450 Grease foil covered cookie sheet Mix in small bowl below ingredients enought to cover salmon. Olive oil Lemon juice from one lemon (without seeds) Crushed garlic Dejion Mustard (heaping table spoon) Parsley flakes Salt & pepper Cover fish Bake at 450 ° for 12-15 minutes Use spatula to serve fish, fish skin should stay on foil. Looks perfect for people who enjoy it. I go out of my way to avoid orange or pink fish, and stick with white meat. Don't care for either salmon or trout.
Raised in the South and East, I'm of the opinion that fish is supposed to be white and either breaded, battered, or broiled. Sorry!

The fish looks good, I may have to try that recipe.
I normally grill salmon on indirect heat in the EGG around that same temp.
