22 degrees and foggy all day. Winter inversions suck! Went 40 miles out in the Owyhees and still didn't find any sunshine. With an hour to kill before the wife got home from cards with the girls, it was time to build a spicy 4 layer Hatch lasagna. Enjoying dinner and the game. The pasta was wonderful and not too spicy, the wife even had seconds. Might need a lite bechamel or Alfredo sauce with the leftovers.
