Snake River Ranch up here produces a pretty good American Wagyu, and it was on sale cheap. Meat in brown butter with rosemary and thyme, roasted shrimp in remoulade, baked potato, veggies and salad hits all the buttons. Pretty good too!!! I guess it's leftovers tomorrow. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
