Sourdough loaf crisscross cut. Sliced Brie placed in the cuts then add cranberry sauce over cheese and bake until the cheese melts…..

Next time we will forgo the thyme and garlic powder. Will use minced garlic in the melted butter…otherwise it was delicious! I could eat an entire loaf in a single sitting! It’s addictive….

Working on round two with real garlic in the butter…..I’ll post more pics when it’s done! Recipe calls for 8oz of cheese…we went with 19oz banana
