In response to a question about the bread in my prime rib thread…. Prime rib looks perfect! Tell me about the bread…   Sourdough loaf crisscross cut. Sliced Brie placed in the cuts then add cranberry sauce over cheese and bake until the cheese melts….. Next time we will forgo the thyme and garlic powder. Will use minced garlic in the melted butter…otherwise it was delicious! I could eat an entire loaf in a single sitting!
