Picked this baby up a few days ago. Didn't realize Lamco had started producing their L&Ts in green. I know their road feeders are green... maybe they were out of the non-painted sheet metal on the day it was built? Dealer had two more 600s and both were green. Website still only shows bare sheet metal. farmer

Not sure. I have two others bought in the last four years. I'll have to measure and compare... they look the same in pics, though.

Kry- did you pick that up at the Pawn Shop there in Childress?
Do you mind me asking what they cost now?

I have one of those feeders (not the green) and really like it. Danged thing will throw corn so hard that it hurts, if you are standing close. From lack of recent pictures, I think the coons have given up trying to reach the spinner, so there’s another positive.

Yup, I've bought all of mine from there. They're running MSRP at $879 plus tax.

I picked up a load on a closeout sale at TSC. $350 each. So far I really like them. Not green though.

thanks Kry for the response. I have bought some of those Llamco feeders at that pawn shop as well
but they have definitely gone up in price. I remember paying about $600 for those. I saw those Green
colored ones when I drive by that pawn shop. I like those feeders but went with the EZ Feeders for $450
on the last few I bought. I tried to find some deals like Stompy when I went down to the coast but couldn't find any.
Kry- I have read how well your hunting has been going on in Hall County. We are seeing some nice deer as well.

Good luck all of you THF hunters.

Thanks! Good luck to you as well!

Yeah, Lamco jacked prices a couple years ago with the inflation fiasco... to the point that the store owner, Tommy, actually apologized at the price. But dealers have to charge what the manufacturers demand, so it just is what it is.

Just out of curiosity do you all prefer the green to the galvanized?
