My sister sent me this picture of something her husband had purchased many years ago to try and determine what it is.
I am not sure what it is but have an idea but I thought I would post it get some help from the experts on here.

Free covered it, but it’s the bucket holder for the Salvation Army bell ringer. Hence, my post. Many times when people post these they know what it is, they post them as fun for us to guess. I thought you had a suspicion or I’d have been more direct. Apologies.

Looks exactly like what my MIL used to hang her cauldron before I through it out. How long have you had it? There should have been a tall pointy black hat that went with it.
I tried the pressure washer to clean that green makeup off her without success but man you should have seen that gal run, fast I tell you.

Now for the truth. I asked her years ago how long she boiled her chicken breast as I saw her at the stove. "At least an hour", she says and I'll never forget that. Thanksgiving is at her place this year, I'm looking forward to breakfast that day.
