I love the versatility of chicken from Sam's or Costco. Just strip all the meat off and freeze for future meals. Usually get 2 white meat and one dark meat per bird. Weather is cooling off, and was ready for a warm up. Last night was a warm creamy chicken pasta and parm breadsticks!!
