That’s the one I usually get, and also got yesterday. Due to my closest HEB didn’t have the fresh breast in stock. I’ve done a few of the Honeysuckle brand, was wanting to do something different.

Pit is running around 250° today, very light breeze. Doing a tri-tip and a Turkey breast.

After thanksgiving I scour the stores for when they put those on clearance, then fill the freezer!
Brine then wrap w/bacon and into the smoker low& slow - one or two a month till the freezer is emptied!

Had my first HEB experience today at the Mansfield store. Place was absolutely packed but I checked out very quickly. Didn’t have any HEB brand turkey breast so I got a Pride of the Farm whole breast. We’ll see how it is. They also didn’t have any plain rolls, just the Aloha stuff.
