Got this guy showing up pretty regular. May turn daughter or wife on him. Low fence in north tx, small property. He’s about top end for what we see. Think he meets 13?

Not a great buck, but 3.5-4 years old. Broken brow tine and G2 on one side. Big body deer that ended up being a 6pt.

This buck had an inside spread of 13.5" in an antler restricted county, so I believe yours is about the same width but with much more antler mass.

North TX as in closer to the Red River? In that case I'd say give him a good look but he likely makes it. Hill country, that deer's likely 12-12.5".

I’ve studied this guy up and down and really wanted someone else to take him. But surprised he’s lasted as long with the neighbors around. He came out at 6:40 this morning and figured what the heck. I honestly thought he might be close to 15 because he’s pretty mature for the area. He’s got some great character with the kickers, blades and acorn tine. He’s not the biggest deer by most standards here but I think he’s pretty cool. He fooled me though on width, 13 on the button not a 1/8” to spare lol. Just goes to show, you never really know what you think.
