My son-in-law got this 10-point (perhaps 11) on their place outside Glen Rose today. This is only his second deer. Last year he got a spike with a crazy collection of little single horns. This was obviously the king of the area. I'm very proud of him. He sent me the first pic before he even field-dressed it. He has a great relationship with his father, but his father doesn't hunt. He really wants me to be proud, and I am. He's a great Christian man, a great husband and father, a great provider. He asked me if it was okay to date my daughter in high school (my daughter had a lot to do with that - she's very level-headed), and asked for my permission to become engaged. They have two great kids and have decided to make a semi-country life for them, involving them in 4-H, etc.
