That looks awesome. Those dumplings look a lot like mine but all I use is self-rising flour and water. How do you make the dumplings?

I found a recipe and tweaked it to:
1/3 cup tallow (cold)
1 3/4 cup AP flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup whole milk
Combine everything but the milk in a bowl and incorporate the tallow with the flour using a fork until it’s the mixed well then slowly add in milk while mixing. Work it into a ball and roll it out with plenty of flour to keep from sticking, cut and cook.
