No sir, dropped that a month to month half ago but I'm in NW Cross Timbers and you're in Duval County which may account for some of the difference.

We rarely got out before Nov. when I used to hunt Zapata/Webb county lines outside Aguilares towards San Ygnacio, so they were always out of velvet back then.

Your dude may actually only be mid 120s, he has good main beam length and probably medium ish mass. Short point tine lengths will not help him much on score, spread will help. He's a mature buck, 5.5-6+.

He seems way under 120 to me.

You may be right Free, the closeup photo may be distorting his spread and beam lengths for me. Still think he'd scare 120 though at minimum.

All the closeups are very deceiving. Just need some normal pics to get some proper perspective.

He could be 4.5 but I'd agree with 5.5. I got 118 with a really sharp pencil. I may have been a little hard on him. Hope you get him!

I think free has it. Shot a 5.5 year old 7 pt looked a lot like him a few years ago, was 18 inch inside and scored 104 and change. Add the extra point I bet your around 110. We are also in Duval co.

As of last weekend I think all of ours were hard horn.

Only way 1 way to know for sure, report it back to us.....

Definitely mature, IMO - I think he's over the hill.
