Cooked some tough old London Broil in the Insta-Pot for half an hour, followed by mushrooms and sauce. Some butter topped cheddar biscuits (thank goodness for Bisquick), and a red wine vinegar salad. One last fling before the Boss gets home tomorrow!!!

Are those the frozen cheddar bay biscuits? Had one a couple days ago and wasn't all that wild about it. Good, but not great.

Ive seen the Red lobster ones in the store, don't think they could be as good as fresh.

These are just Bisquick. Dump in 3 cups of flour, 1 cup of milk, I chop up the Cracker Barrel extra sharp individual sticks pretty fine, and mix them in. I put my Old Bay in the mix, but save the butter for the tops
