OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,632 Nampa, SW Idaho	Saw a unique recipe on one of my messages and thought I would give it a try. Boil cut up potatoes until they are mashable, but not too soft. Mix in sour cream, bacon, green onion, parsley, both mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Spread out on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and put in the freezer for at least two hours. Slice into French fry size pieces. Can be deep fried or baked, so I did some each way. The fried ones fell apart and ruined my oil! The baked ones came out good and were tasty, but no better than regular fries. The cilantro lime sauce was perfect on them. Pass on this one in the future, but everything else (BLTA and pie) was good!!! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
