So I just bought a TWS feeder a month or two ago. Today it quit throwing and the Timer shows a motor fault. Does anyone know how to drop the motor. It is the feeder with the big plate, not the cage. Do you have to drop the whole plate or is there a way to get around that. Thx

Change battery first, I’ve had motor error on mine and was just bad battery.

But if motor, unless you can get to the spinner plate I think you will have to drop lower plate.

I tried the battery and luck was not on my side of course lol. I did have to drop that lower plate but it wasn’t too bad. Floor jack made it easy getting it back up with only myself out there. I appreciate it!

Did the battery show a full charge?

Every time I’ve had a motor “fault” it’s been a battery or a connection. Only replaced one motor in over 10 years.

Floor Jack. Greatness. Being a hunter, often alone with no resources, stores, phone, a second pair of hands................you figure it out.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.
