Wife is in Sun Valley all week with her girl friend. She told me to lay off the junk food, and eat balance meals while she was gone. I then have permission to fry anything I want in the house, right!!! Yippee!!

Club house Reuben on marbled rye, with pastrami, turkey, ham, bacon, lots of 'kraut and home made Thousand Island dressing. Oh My!! In order to balance out the meal, I cooked a pecan pie too, and didn't even boil it over
