It won't. Waste of time and resources, crooks don't care about policies or laws.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect. Some people live an entire lifetime & wonder if they ever made a difference in the world, a veteran doesn't have that problem. Reagan

The things he is making illegal already are . So a double illegal will stop them ?? There is no such thing as a total plastic gun to get through metal detectors , so that one is a nothing also . No serial #'s ? Since most guns used are not legal and are used by felons , or if they feel the need they can grind them . Tracing them does not help much . He could try shutting down the border drug trade or putting criminals in jail , that might work better .
