So late November last year I was sitting on the couch playing on my phone when I noticed that Academy had a Barnett crossbow with accessories on sale.
$250 down from $500. The wife was napping on the couch with the dogs when I left but she was up when I got back from the store.
wife: "What's that?"
me: "A target for the crossbow I just bought."
wife: "Ohh, so is that gonna be your Christmas?"
me: "That's kinda what I was thinking."
wife: "So I guess that means you're gonna wait on that trolling motor and lithium batteries for your birthday?"
Coming around on 10 months now and still no trolling motor and batteries... =(
