Dusted the filets with garlic pepper. Covered with crushed ritz crackers. A thin layer of Parmesan cheese. Drizzle melted butter over the top and bake until done….

I e only ever eaten halibut seared in a pan with salt and pepper skin on finished in the oven but it was great. Would!

Father in law in Port Angeles, WA uses halibut when he makes fish and chips. Ate many a plate of it cooked that way.

Never had Halibut Looks to have about the consistency of Cod, which I can eat my weight in. Looks great and would definitely try it!
