I like it. Good, convenient use of space. It's better than the guy who used to run paid axis day hunts out of his barn on his three acres.

Nice! I've often told my wife if we ever build out in the country I'll have a bonus room over a garage with a strategically placed window for this same purpose.
Promise us you'll install a railing on at least the back side of your shooting perch.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

Looks great! My Father in law does that for ground hogs in PA. I would certainly have some similar setup when I buy my place for sure

There’s a blind (just a blind) on the internet for $80,000; before add ons. Wet bar, room for 10, remotes to cameras, of course TV, air, heat, etc. I think you can top $100,000 if needed.

I think it's $150,000 loaded out and installed. The Accommodator series from MB Ranch King Blinds is available in dimensions that cater to your space requirements, including 10×10, 12×12, and 14×14 feet, ensuring ample room for friends and family. These blinds come with a host of features designed for comfort and resilience. You can choose between insulated or non-insulated windows; each unit comes pre-wired for generator or electric hookups. The interior boasts a wooden finish, standard foam insulation, and a full steel framework for robust stability. Customers will need to prepare the concrete slab or piers for installation. Standard offerings include a camouflage-patterned carpet and a heavy-duty steel structure engineered to withstand high winds. Stand heights are variable, with options at 5, 10, 15, and 25 feet. Additional customization options enrich your experience with choices like climate control with A/C and heating, a refrigerator for refreshments, wooden window blinds, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, window tint for privacy, gun rest pads for convenience, and curtains for a homely touch.

^^I believe that's in the Pecker Measuring Department. 'Has absolutely nothing to do with hunting.
