'Mother-in-law asked me to empty my deceased father-in-law's knife drawer in the garage. All five grandsons (grown men) had already picked through the entire garage and taken anything they wanted. There was lots of Chinese and Taiwanese crap, some completely worn out Old-Timers and other similar knives, two or three pocket Schrades I oiled and cleaned up, a cheap Jap survival knife with the compass in the handle and matches and a cable saw inside the handle grin, and this odd thing...

I saw "Callimus" on the blade and I was kinda tickled when I Googled it. It's a WWII Pilot bail-out machete that was in the survival kit. It's missing one little rivet and has obviously been used, but fairly decent, operational shape, considering. 'Just hope it wasn't needed "in theater". eek Who knows how my father-in-law came across it. (He wasn't in the Service, and woulda been too young anyways. My dad might have been able to recognize it; he was a RO in a B24 in the South Pacific.)

Yes cool.

If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?

Definitely cool! And my uncle was a B-24 pilot in the South Pacific. He trained to fly them at Alamogordo, at was is now Holloman AFB.
