Dijon mustard sauce with mushrooms, and served over cauliflower rice. Pretty good!! I had planned the last of my 2023 WT blackstrap before she decided, so I went with that. Lots of great veggies, plus her leftover sauce. Nice thin shaved WT backstrap, served over wild rice!! Yummy. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
