Love making my own, and the taste is wonderful. Makes us eat lots more salads!! I have to change it up, for the picky wife so no anchovies and no egg. I use mayo (already has an egg, pasteurized and keeps longer) and the Worcestershire is made with anchovies (don't tell her). Good job.

Looks good. The wife has a handed down recipe from a supposed high end chef from NY. It's pretty good.
