I wanted to look for quail today with the 410, but the season wasn't open yet,, Two more weeks to wait. No domestics available anywhere either. Settled for some big Cornish Game Hens. Fingerling potatoes, carnival carrots, wild rice, and pear Gorgonzola salad. Ya just gotta have a G&T with that!!! smile

I smoked some Cornish hens in July on Pecan and they turned out fantastic. I will definitely do that again.

i like to do my game hens on my rotisserie. they come out with nice golden brown skin and delicious tasting. next time i do some i will send photo.
