I like the extra effort in the cross grill marks. Kudos. Like race stripes on sports car...completely unnecessary but totally awesome.

Why would you ruin a great looking steak by covering it in fungus😁?. Hahaha, I've used that exact line before about "ruining with fungus." I sometimes feel like I'm the only adult who hates mushrooms. And believe me when i say aside from mushrooms that i generally am not picky and eat a very broad amount of things.
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

I love any kind of cooked mushrooms, especially with onions. Stuffed, fried, baked, even big portobellos grilled instead of meat. I just don't like them raw - tastes like dirt!!!
