I purchased a quad pod two man stand from academy on sale and am trying to think of ideas for the walls and roof that I want to put on it. I know they make a cover for it or could squeeze a popup blind over it but popup blinds don’t last very long. Want to try to keep the weight down as much as I can as it only has a 500-600lb limit and would like a buddy to be able to join if hogs hit it in the off season. Let me know if y’all have any ideas or thought on this. Thanks!

I have one and researched this too. Pop up is simple but hard to find one to fit. I did that last year and didn't work. Then the winds broke it a month later. i've heard people bending a Cattle fence over it and then topping w/ tarp/camo..etc. I like that Idea because its cheaper than a pop up and might hold up too. Please share any ideas you find or try

fake turf? like artificial grass? Huh that's a new one! heavier than tarp or burlap. Any issues w/ the wind ripping?

I plan on trying cattle panels in cylinder shape around blind for the structure. Was thinking about painters’ drop cloth for the sides. Still thinking on the roof. Keep the ideas coming!

Other than weather protection for hunters, no walls or roof needed. Hogs don't care.

No hogs will be sitting in my blind, just hunters.

if you are off the ground, hogs never see you. Deer, maybe. Hogs, nope.

Anything other than a tarp type material will very likely end with it falling over or collapsing. We tried this on a quad pod that was built way stouter than mass produced and it failed. You need something more like a tower stand with z bracing and bigger legs imo
