Love me some chicken and rice soup! It’s even better the next day for leftovers!!

I generally don't pull the asian card but...it's always tripped me out how American cuisine treats soup as mostly an after thought or simply an appetizer. This is a full mean in one bowl. From my parent's house as a kid to my house as an adult, soup is regularly the main course. Feels even more so for Koreans than even other asians. I always try to spread soup love. Looks great.

KR: The wife and I love lite soups for dinner, and all the various veggies you can use. She does not like super spicy, so I have to tone down a lot of them, but I can make a big pot and add other ingredients to mine. Here's a site I like to visit for some of my seafood dishes https://mykoreankitchen.com/category/soup/

Looks good We buy Sams Rotisserie Chicken's often and make Chicken noodle soup with it. I leave the skin on and throw the chicken juice in there also, makes it very rich.
