Send them a private message to ask for it.
If they have selected "Receive Email Notifications For Private Messages" on their profile message rules, they will also get a copy of the pm via email.
You could click on the username and see if the email is there, but I doubt it will be. With all the scammers, email harvesters, and spambots these days, it is rare for someone to fill in the "Publicly Displayed Email Address" box on their profile.
