 Lobster-topped Chicken Fried Ribeye w/ Green Chile Cream Gravy

I had this at the Cabernet Grill in Fredericksburg while celebrating our anniversary earlier this week and was interesting in recreating it at home. Twelve ounce ribeyes, cut in half and run through a cuber; dusted with flour, salt and pepper and lightly fried. Made cream gravy and added chopped Hatch green chiles. My wife steamed a five-ounce lobster tail with butter and lemon juice, then cut it up and dusted the pieces with hot Hungarian paprika.
