Wise Choice is a gem in my opinion; every time I pass through Decatur I stop and stock up the freezer. The last batch of pork chops I got were like butter.

Gonna sous vide this weekend. do you sear two minutes per side? It really depends on the thickness and how hot I can get the grill. Just look for color. 10 min rest is a must.
