Dropped the wife off at the airport yesterday morning to meet the daughter in the land of the fruits & nuts (California), she will be back Tuesday. I love my wife but banana2

So I had to fend for myself darn the luck grin Dinner last night.

Kind of rubbery, between shrimp and lobster. I like them.

It is a Sunday only cholesterol and flavor gorging fix, had two Bananas for lunch.
Monday - Friday it is Oatmeal, Cinnamon, Blueberries, 2% milk and a glass of OJ. Saturday it is Cheerios with Blueberries, Cinnamon, 2% milk and the OJ.

And so the routine begins again, breakfast this am.
