So he developed 2 drops in one season? How are you remotely sure it's the same deer? He has a notched upper left ear in the double drop days, can't tell on that blurry black and white from last year. Unless you know something for sure, I'm thinking a different buck. Either way, he looks 4-5 yo or so to me, last year's pic from straight on looks 5+, Roman noseish.

Yea, I was hoping for more pics before comment. Brows similar but this year right one curves in and other year dead straight. Also left tines seem to come off beam different from year to year.
Love to play along with stuff like this but really need more pics.

It’s just hard to know for sure. We only have 98 acres, and we seldom see the same bucks from year to year.

I could see it being the same or different. While I don’t see the ear notch in the before, there isn’t a good picture showing it either. Pretty unique looking deer this year.

Try looking at his markings around the nose, mouth, and throat patch ect. Markings stay the same. I say different deer. The mass is very nice.
