This is a prime hunting property with lots of timber, lots of thick cover and ponds. There are 5 ponds to be exact and this property is a thick and woolly in some places. Deer numbers are very high in this area and this property provides really thick cover for them with several turkey also. Hogs are frequent too. Landowner says there have been many record deer taken in the past on this property, and in the surrounding area also. Says he sees deer every time he goes to the property. This lease will make a great lease for some archery hunters, or a big group or family to hunt. There is livestock, landowner keeps bulls on the property.
Camping allowed, but you cannot leave your camper there outside of hunting season. Four wheelers in my opinion are the only way to really move around on this property, unless you don't mind tearing your vehicle up. It is not recommended to drive a nice car out on this property, it is rough in some places.
