Made me a batch of pineapple tomatillo salsa. Always a nice refreshing salsa in this summer heat. They serve this at Abuelos restaurants and I’ve always liked it so started making my own. Good stuff. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2024/08/full-2482-428192-img_3624.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2024/08/full-2482-428193-img_3626.jpeg)

Just remove the husk and rinse, no peeling.

I just made a big batch of Hatch chile salsa. I may have to try this at some point, substituting the Hatch chiles for jalapenos.

Thanks for the recipe, just made a batch! Tweaked it up a little and roasted the tomatillos, jalepenos and onion in a pan. Chilling in the fridge now, going to try it after I mow this afternoon.
You may all go to hell and I will go to Texas! -Davy Crocket This is duck hunting...shirts and shoes are optional
