Had 3 racks of ribs in the freezer and two pork tenderloins, decided to make a a little space in the freezer.

Based off the smell, tried this Kinders Red Jalapeno Garlic seasoning with salt & Pepper on the ribs, wife cut the tenderloin in half and seasoned them differently, one spicy and the other?

We had the spicy Tenderloin, wife baked sweet potato's and Broccoli, good stuff.

Nothing better than real wood smoke from an offset. My offset is my favorite cooking apparatus.

Wife cut it up and put it into a good size Tupperware, there were two small end pieces already cut so that was my lunch today.
Oh man they were very good, tender and juicy, love the new seasoning!

Enjoyed them while watching MeatEater score big on an Idaho Mule deer hunt.
