Spent a fortune and two hours of my life this morning in the dentist office, replacing two old crowns. He suggested something softer for dinner than normal. Four 4-oz fresh tuna steaks on the griddle, with Basmati rice, wasabi and sweet chili sauce. Last time I had Wasabi I thought I was going to die! Thought it was guacamole and took a big bite! Took awhile to catch my breath and my mouth burned for hours!!!
