Fired up the Weber at 7:00, waiting on some sub 100° temps. Couple of thick bone in pork chops, and some Hardcore Carnivore Prime Rib sausage. Should be a couple days worth of meals for the wife and I. Tomorrow I may fire up the Jambo. Got another boneless Turkey breast and a pork butt. Wanting to try a quicker cook on the butt, gonna try a Blacks BBQ recipe. It calls for cutting up the butt into baseball sized chunks.
