Cooked a brisket all day in the grill, since we can't go outside because of wildfire smoke, and I wouldn't have to stay out and babysit it.. It's terrible out there, and the news is reporting it as dangerous to go outside and do any activities. My wife has been coughing for several weeks, so I changed the filters in the HVAC today, and went up to 2000 count, and 11 MERV rated filters for fine particulates and allergiins. I feel like a slug, just laying around inside in the AC, drinking Capt Morgan, and watching the Olympics!!!  Managed to put together an edible meal tonight, trimmed all the brisket edges and had burnt ends, baked beans, and corn for dinner.
