I have checked my account preferences, and it shows that I should be receiving an email when I have a new PM on the forum.
Is this feature no longer available?

You might have to whitelist the THF email.

Note I am not recommending "clean email" and know nothing about it. I'm just using the link to share that page because it shows easy to understand instructions for whitelisting on sites like gmail alnd yahoo.
