My neighbor gave me some Zucchini from their garden as they left for Colorado, so I went to work. First time make this but not the last. I made 2 but I`m going to give one away or I`ll eat both of them............. I know........I`ve seen me do it. Looks good How was it? It was really good and moist. Already ate one and gave the other away to my granddaughter who loves snickerdoodle cookies. I was only going to make one, but I had all the ingredients out and zucchini left so I made another while the first one was baking.
