Maybe someone on here can tell me about a gentleman named Mike from N. Texas? He is a hell of a knife maker and have not seen him on here in a minute….

If you are talking about Mike Conner, he unfortunately passed away last October I believe Yes he did, Mike was a long-time good friend of mine. I miss him.

I'm fortunate enough to have 2 of his knives. He was always my favorite maker. Beautiful knives without being overdone. Wish I had gotten the opportunity to meet him.

Mike was a very nice guy, I had the honor of meeting him to pick up a pair of knives I'd commissioned as gifts to myself and a close friend. I was very sad to hear of his passing. I always enjoyed seeing him share his builds as I've enjoyed seeing all the skilled people do here.
