We're going over to a brewfest Saturday so I made some tart cherry fried pies to take with us. Tried some smoked ceylon cinnamon sugar on some and they are great. Cherry Bounce is wonderful, but sneaky!! I love Tart cherry pies, and my favorite is warm stewed apricot pies!! Well Done!

Looks very tasty There is a neat place off of Hwy 281 in Adamsville called Down Unda Trading Post which is between Lampasas and Evant that has great fried pies. Also has a lot of great yard art. https://www.facebook.com/downundatradingpost
