I needed a miter saw station and built this mainly from scraps a few months ago. Finished it today with the drawer under the saw. I am keeping all of my measuring and safety equipment (glasses, earplugs) in it. Its handy and I should not have to chase my tape measure down! Now I need to work on the upper cabinets. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2024/07/full-1752-426805-img_1436.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2024/07/full-1752-426806-img_1437.jpg)

Way way better than my miter saw setup. Nice job.
Not my monkeys, not my circus...

I'm so impressed. Another guy with an intelligently designed woodshop -- unlike the mess in my garage.

Thanks Nolanco! I am starting with a blank slate basically. When we bought the property there was a 16x40 shop that I had drywalled and a new subfloor installed. I had some cabinets from the previous house but will need to build some other infrastructure as I go. The next big project will be a hardwood floor, corrugated tin wainscoting, and a shiplap wall to the ceiling. looking for a rustic vibe.
