Sitting here with the wife, over coffee and watching Olympics. Needed something I could make over the commercials. Marie Calendars pie crust, 4 eggs, 1 cup of cream, 1 can of mushrooms, 1 cup of sharp cheddar, and 1 cup of Jimmy Dean's pre-cooked breakfast sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Home-made salsa with Rotel tomatoes, lime and cilantro.
