I'm smoking some cinnamon sticks today. Oak, pecan and then peach wood for the last hour or so.
I'll grind and blend some and leave most as sticks to grind as needed..

Anyone else smoking toady or tomorrow [Linked Image]

Smoked ground cinnamon sticks. Sounds like I have been out on something very tasty. Tell me about smoking cinnamon. What are you doing with the ground cinnamon. Is this a course grind or vey fine?

The ground will be fine grind I think but I'll leave most in sticks to grind later as I use it. Pretty much anything you use cinnamon in this would be tasty to use.
They say it makes a great old fashioned.
I might have to make some applie pie shine with some also.
I probably give most away or sell it here locally.

Going to let them season for a bit in the container then grind part of it.
Came out with a sweet cinnamon aroma.
