 New pork loin recipe

I cooked down some peeled Fuji apples in the juice from candied jalapeños that my wife made. Then I butterflied, tenderized, and stuffed the loin with the jalapeños, apples, and some cream cheese. Seasoned inside with chupacabra. Bacon wrapped it, peppered it, and smoked it on my Primo for 1 hour at 350. Oh man. Ridiculous. Give it a shot. Sorry for the lousy pic.
