The kids took the wife sightseeing to see some new country down in the Owhyees. She loved the trip. While they were gone, I took the time to get stuff ready for dinner. Had some large white mushrooms to slice, did bacon, and made a pasta salad. Our kids are mixed; some like Swiss and others go for Bleu cheese or Gorgonzola on burgers. Hard to beat a good Swiss mushroom bacon burger my friend, always add sliced onions to mine, nicely done!
