I’m not renting it. Had a tree company cut down this tree it was dying, same company grinding the stump down.

That looks like a huge tree for that space. How did they get it down? It was huge. I have a 2 story house and it shaded the whole house and back yard. I moved into this house in 2013 and it was already dying, tried to save it for 10 years, consulted with many arborists. They climbed it, and would cut one piece at a time from the top, with rope tied to each piece they cut, to let it drop slowly to the ground, with some pretty cleaver rope work as it had huge branches going over my house.
